Warning message while compiling

I have following warning message while i compile my project


WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...) returned error code 5.

Please help understand what does this mean and how to fix it.
