Jelastic Providers have a 2 factor authentication option for logging into the dashboard. With this enabled, on at least Platform version 6.10.9, the ‘Test Connection’ function isn’t working. Of course if you temporarily switch off 2 factor 2 authentication in the Jelastic dashboard, it then does work so not a major issue, although you do have to re-set it up.
I did try selecting the Custom Provider option which opened up the Jelastic Dashboard in a Cuba App Frame thinking this might allow you to enter the 2 factor authentication code as part of performing a Test Connect but didn’t seem to make a difference. Thoughts?
