Subscribe / Install dialog windows do not remember their size

The original problem is that Subscribe / Install dialogs are too small on Hi DPI, but as far as I see they do not remember window size if I resize them:

1. Click on Subscribe in navigation panel
2. Resize Subscribe dialog
3. Close Subscribe dialog
4. Click on Subscribe again in navigation panel

Actual result: Subscribe dialog is small again
