We have existing report which uses Groovy to fetch data and render excel report using template.
I did follow below steps:

New tab name wanted to add to existing template BPA Detail which showed in below screenshot.

Updated or created named formula for new tab in Named manager for excel template like below
Code snippet used to fetch data in Report structure with Band details
Error I am getting when try to open the report.
Repair Result to GP Delivery Report (44)0.xml
Errors were detected in file ‘/Users/gnarayanaswamy/Downloads/GP Delivery Report (44).xlsx’
Repaired Part: /xl/worksheets/sheet8.xml part with XML error. Xml parsing error Line 20, column 21.
