Report encoding

Hello everyone,

I am creating report and I am using custom template for it, which is in .docx format. However when I try to export it, the encoding seems not to work properly and instead the text in cyrillic, ’ # ’ are displayed. This is for the build in text in the template and also for the one that it’s get from the data. It’s happening when I export it in PDF format and it’s not tested for the other formats.

Could you please let me know how I can change this?

I’ve tried it with .doc format and it’s working fine, so I guess that it’s only for the PDF format.

Could you provide a template from the report with your fonts?
I think it’s a bug with fonts.

Hi Andrey,

You were right, it was from the fonts in the template. If the machine does not have installed these fonts it will end up with this problem. After installing them it’s working fine.
