Report browse has error if there is a user setting

I am using Cuba Reporting Addon with 7.2.11 on Oracle database.
I am viewing the Report browse screen and when I click on the Group column in the table, some user setting is saved in the DB.
However, when I open the screen again, there is a error. In the logs it says ORA-932 inconsistent datatypes: got CLOB instead of CHAR. From the SQL query, it seems the system is trying to ORDER a SELECT using a CLOB field, LOCALE_NAMES. This is not allowed in Oracle DB. From then on, I cannot browse the list of reports. I had to delete the user setting from the DB and then relogin to view the records.

Is there something I did wrong ?
