Hi,
I would like to check with you if there is any way to use this add-on with other theme apart from the Halo one.
The idea behind is to be able to have the application menus at the top frame of CUBA, hence we suppose that the User Inbox should be displayed as well at the top tool-bar. Somehow our application is graphically designed that way in order to use the max screen space possible.
Is that possible?

Hi,
Most app-components (including user-inbox) only define XML screen definitions which contain only the content of the screen. It to some degree defines the layout (in terms of positioning) but they do not define anything from a theme perspective.
This a very important advantage. Because it means thst they are very easily themeable from the actual application…
To answer your question: yes you easily change the theme to whatever you want. The user-imbox screens will adapt accordingly (just like the CUBA default screens).
If you furthermore want to adjust the positioning or do other more ivasive changes, you can extend the screen. This way the sky is the limit in terms of changability…
