I am referring to this link GitHub - cuba-labs/jmeter-guide.
I was able to follow steps for proxy settings in Firefox browser, but i am unable to follow 2 steps to complete the proxy settings.
Check “Use this proxy server for all protocols” option
Check that localhost and 127.0.0.1 NOT in “No Proxy for” list, otherwise remove them
Hi Shalini,
My suggestion is that you should refer to Microsoft Edge proxy settings in the analogue of described procedure. If your settings on proxy are not available, I assume that you will need to agree the network configuration with your corporate IT.
I had a similar setup, and what worked for me was tweaking the proxy settings in Firefox manually first, then syncing that with JMeter using the HTTP Proxy Server. Also, if you’re running ramped-up tests or simulating many users from different locations, using Rotating proxies really made everything smoother and kept my IP from getting blocked.
