Problem setting permissions on roles

Hi,

I am trying to set permissions at very specific levels of my application, and all of a sudden the following error appears:

A Permission with the same Role, permission type and target already exists

What is the cause of this error? I presume I might set permissions at a very granular level.

Basically I have a small set of roles, each of which share common access to many screens, but also have restricted access to very specific components of the application.

Can anybody shed some light? Have already done a search in the forum but find only a single message with that error message, and has nothing to do with my problem.

Hi.
Could you please provide more information about your problem? Which version of the platform do you use? Could you be more specific and give us some details about the permissions you set? How do you set them?
