Portal modules: UTF-8 encoding issue with ThymeLeaf

Hi, forum followers.

Returned data from the form with th:field ThymeLeaf notation are not received in UTF-8 encoding, as you can see on next screen captures:

On HTML form is specified UTF-8 encoding:

Is it possible that was necessary to include some entries in web.xml to specify UTF-8 encoding for ThymeLeaf view resolver?

Any idea for resolving the issue would be very appreciated.
