Not possible to get a trial version?

Hey all,

I was looking to try out what the commercial development license could do for my application, but whenever i request a trial, and try to enter my card details nothing will show up. Is is no longer possible to request a trial or is this only on my end?

EDIT: I tried disabling any ad-block plugins and used internet explorer as well
