Hi David, thanks for your comments. Yes I get it now and understand the relations between the images, env variables etc.

I actually got it working on initial startup but it fails on restart. Any ideas? See comments below for more details.

Just to let everyone know, when restarting the docker images today everything worked as expected. Still a bit strange but I expect my VPS to have had some out-of-memory issues, although not reported.

Anyway, without altering anything - it worked fine.
