New Studio in IJ Idea - how to edit old screens?

Hello.

I am trying to switch to new Cuba Studio 7 but I don’t know how to edit old screens with the new graphical designer.

Whenever I create a new screen, or try to edit an existing one, I get an XML editor and code editor - no graphical designer.

What am I doing wrong?

Best Regards,
Grzegorz

Hello! Graphical designers are available only if you have a subscription. You can see the information of the subscription in CUBA - Subscription Information.

Normally, if you have no commercial subscription, Studio requests a trial subscription from our server and offers it to you. If you didn’t see any notifications about it, and CUBA > Subscription Info window does not allow you to get a trial, please write to info@cuba-platform.com and we will try to help you.

Thank you for your response.

I have a subscription for CUBA 6 and it is visible in subscription info.

Is there another subscription needed for CUBA 7?

Regards,
Grzegorz

The subscription is the same, just make sure it is not expired.

Ok. So if I have a subscription, how do I open the graphical designer?

It’s explained here in the docs: CUBA Studio User Guide

I get HTTP/404 when tring to access the page :frowning:

I’ve fixed the link
