Is there any way we can use our current menu systems in CUBA based application and get something like SAP Fiori menu like below where the menu items will be displayed based on the user authorization with additional info as indicated in the image below? Any thoughts or plan?

The screenshot you shared looks like some dashboard with buttons and user-specific information. Since the content of dashboard is related to some domain model, the generic solution cannot be found. In other words, this feature should be implemented in a project, we can only suggest possible solutions.

FYI, it’s not a typical dashboard, rather a menu, gateway to the SAP transactions. This is the next generation SAP’s UX look like. With introduction of Fiori 3, SAP is now bring compatibility with all their products. Fiori has it’s menu look like the screen-shot I have shared which is more user friendly by means of communicative since the menu cards show if there is pending tasks apart from the user can do transactions. The approach is to make it more productive and enhance the user experience to the next level of satisfaction. You can google for details.
Therefore, you may consider some solutions like menu-cards with option to update additional info by timer.
