I am using the mapviewer component for a long time. The map is embedded into a html page, that is longer than the screen. So you have to scroll down the html page to see the map.
When the user uses the map (move or zoom in, zoom out), the page viewport of the page is changed and the top of the HTML page is shown. So the user must scroll down again to the map to the it.
