Do I have register key for google map separately ?

You have to get API key for Google Maps and set up your project key as described here: Setting up Application Project - CUBA Platform. Displaying Charts And Maps
Please note, if you develop a commercial app or application that will not be publicly available then you are not eligible for free use of Google Maps and have to use paid account.
