Make dialog resizable from any corner and side

I’ve noticed the dialog is only resizable from the bottom right. It would be nice to have it be resizable from any corner and any side.

I’ve run into situations where bottom right is off the browser screen and resizing the dialog from say the top left is better than enlarging the browser screen and/or changing the magnification so you can access the bottom right.

Thank you for the idea, but currently we cannot change this behaviour since our dialog windows is based on Vaadin. Now this feature requires changing underlying framework implementation.
