There are some time I don’t enter this forums, and we continue working on v6. Now I see there are the new stable 7, but I see a v8 and v9 versions too. Somebody can explains how this works now?

Studio version is not related to the framework version anymore.
We publish new Studio releases each 1-2 months, they are compatible with all versions of the platform starting from 6.10. You can update Studio without touching your project, it is just a tool.
Current stable versions are:
- Framework 7.0
- Studio 9.1
