How I Create Cascaded Dropdwon

How we create 3 level cascaded drop down list like.
country >> state >> city with out opening pop up or tab window.

Hi,

for cascading picker fields i created this example a while ago: cuba-example-controller-helper (especially with the DependenPickerFieldHelper class.

Its for picker fields and not for LookupFields, but you can try to adjust the example.
