GC overhead limit exceeded - Issue with dateTime format

Hi Cuba Team!
I have an issue with datetime format
when I use restapi with param “endDate”: “2021-03-08 10:13:38” , everthing is OK
But when param is “endDate”: “2021-03-08 10:13:38.468” the CPU performance increase 100% . So that, I got the error :“GC overhead limit exceeded”
How can I fix this!
