Forum new-topic fullscreen issue

Hi,

If you create a new topic at the forums and click on enter fullscreen composer:

Action menus disappear and the composer becomes unusable:

Even the back/forward buttons do nothing while you’re still inside the forums site.

Tested with:

  • Firefox 66.0.5 (64-bit)
  • Chrome 74.0.3729.169 (Official build) (64 bits)

We tried to fix the problem. Please try to reproduce it.

The composer is now working as expected on fullscreen mode.
