Filter user datasource by group parent of parent

I have the following group hierarchy.

Company
   -> Tenant A
      -> Business Related  
         -> Employees
         -> Affiliates
         -> ... more here

   -> Tenant B
      -> Business Related 
         -> Employees
         -> Affiliates
         -> ... more here

I want to filter the user data source so all users who are under Business Related group. Explicit and Implicit.
So if a user is under Affiliates or Employees or Business Related or ... more here should be shown.
Is it possible?

currently tenant inheritance is not supported
