Filter Component will throw exception when comparing type is "in interval" and filter value is empty

Hi,

The Filter component will throw exception when comparing type is “in interval” and the filter value is empty , for date or datetime type of property.

This problem is reported by a developer from chinese forum and i can reproduce it.

Platform:7.1 beta
