Fail to upload User image in extended application

I have build a module where I have created a new User.edit Window. When I upload an Image in the Base module, everything is working as expected. But when I include the Base project into a new Module upload User Image don’t work anymore? I only see a blink on the screen and nothing else.

Nore do the clear button. I get an error telling me that the method clearImageClick don’t exist.
I have uploaded the source source code as attachment.

Problem solved. Had to remove App component descriptor and recreate it.
Create dummyEnity to execute update of database.
