Excel Export does not consider aggregation style

Hi,

when there is a Table with a aggregation and the aggregationStyle is set to “BOTTM” and there is an excel export available in the table, the resulting excel file does add the aggregation row at the top - This seems to be a bug.

Attached you’ll find the demo project.

Then the question is, if it really correct to print out the aggregation line into the excel file. Normally what people want to do is to calculate stuff in excel and take this as the raw data, right? in this case the aggregation row does not really make sence and i have to manually remove it in order to do correct calculation on the whole dataset.

But there might be cases where this is useful to see in excel as well. So, how about some kind of a config toggle in the screen XML that allows me to actiavte aggregation output or now.

Hi, Mario.
Thank you for reporting the problem. We have created a YouTrack issue, see the link on the right.

Hi Natalia,

thanks for the quick response. Looking forward to it!

Hi, there is another YouTrack issue pending (PL-9177) for a similar problem, since if partial sums are used in a GroupTable for each group in the table these are not exported to excel.
Greetings.
