Error create ext-loginWindow.xml in multi language

In my configuration, added second language : Vietnamese,code :“vi”.
I has tried Create and Open “ext-loginWindow” , but STUDIO was hanged and I cannot do anything.
Im using version PLATFORM : 6.5.0
