EntityInspector - JSON export doesn't work

I want to export data from a selected Entity for re-import to my application. After selection of the desired Entity and when Click on Export JSON, it doesn’t work (no response).

Could you please provide more information about your problem? Which version of the platform do you use? Also, it will be helpful if you share full stacktrace of the exception.

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the problem.
Could you please provide the following information:

if the log file contains any exceptions (share it with us)
disable all browser extensions and try to download JSON again
try to export entity as ZIP
make sure that you select some entities before you try to export
