I have tried to download the data, here is what I could get:
- Export in excel, worked
- Export in Jason or Zip : Didn’t work in the multitenant environment.
What is the expected file format for import?

What data you are trying to export? Are they tenant related entities? Do you have any errors in logs?

Yes, they are tenant related any do not get any error message though.

I’ve found that nothing will happen on entity export if no entity selected. Please try to select entities in table before export.
