Hello, If I have a web application that has several menus but I would like to create a desktop showing only some features, is it possible to do so, or does it create the whole application as a desktop module?

You can have a completely different main menu in your desktop application. See Main menu (or Other) > Desktop Client menu > Edit in Studio or edit your desktop-menu.xml manually.
