CubaFileDownloader does not support UTF-8 filename

OS X use UTF-8 as system-wide codec,
so if the name of downloaded file contains chars not in ASCII, then it will be saved on disk by filename in URL encoded string.

Hi.

Which browser do you use?

On my Mac, the described problem occurs when the application UI is opened in Safari. In the case of Chrome - everything is OK.
