CUBA Studio 15.7 Import Gradle Project Failed

Hi,

I just downloaded a clean install of Cuba Studio 15.7 and created a new project.
Gradle was successfully download but unable to import project into Cuba Stodio.

It just says failed and Starting Gradle Daemon…
and no other message appears

The cuba menu also doesn’t appear.

I have tried :

  1. delete .gradle and .haulomont folders in user folder
  2. reopen cuba
    it doesn’t work

I have tried :

  1. delete .gradle and .haulomont folders in user folder
  2. delete Haulmont folder under Application Support
  3. Delete Cuba Studio app
  4. re-install Cuba Studio
  5. Create a new project
    It doesn’t work also

Any assistance on this would be appreciated.

Hi,
It’s hard to suggest anything based on the screenshot, there’s little information on it.
Is there any other more detailed error message?

Which JDK are you using? Note that CUBA supports Java 8 and 11.

You can also check for errors in the idea.log file: find it by using the main menu -> Help -> Show Log in File Explorer (in Files).

This issue can be closed as I was able to run itu using JDK 1.8.202.
