CUBA REST APIs Unable to get access token

Hi Team ,

Actually we are facing some issues while trying to integrate with Cuba Rest API

below is screen shot post man regarding trying to call Cuba oauth/token api

User is used to login as below

Although user is able to login as below

Exception while trying to call the oauth API from post man

User Already has permission to Call Rest API as per below

Is their is any thing that is missed ?

Although we tried to call the same from the code and we are getting sample of the request Entity

we are getting below exception

Please your urgent support for that case ?

Hi.

Could you please clarify which platform version do you use?
And one more question, could you please show how did you configure role for this user?

Hi @n.shatalova ,

Thanks for your response it worked for me now , the user was granted the permissions from the admin screens , role was created with this two specific permissions and assigned to the user
