Same problem here: Plugin ‘CUBA’ (version ‘15.4-202’) is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 211.* or older but the current build is IU-212.4746.92

Hi everyone,
We will release CUBA plugin version compatible with latest IDEA 2012.2 in a few days.
For now please avoid updating your IntelliJ IDEA installation.
