Create role by multitenant user - screen list is only empty rows

When I am logged in as user of a tenant and try to create a role, I get the following empty rows, therefore, unsure which one is representing which screens:

Hi,
Which roles with which permissions are assigned to your user?
Which Cuba Platform version do you use? Could you please attach a demo project to investigate the problem?

Hi Yuliya
I am using all the latest version of teh studio and platform (7.2.8).
Here is step by step authorization I did in the attached sample project.

  1. create tenants a) Freshco and 2) Walmart
  2. in Admin, i created the role for the walmart tenant admin

  1. role assigned to the tenant admin

  2. then log into tenant admin-walmart. When I go create a role, i get the following empty lines in the beginning

Ticket with problems related to default tenant roles issue has been created
