For links in columns and fields the attribute linkScreenOpenType (“NEW_TAB”, “DIALOG”, etc.) can be set. The default setting id “THIS_TAB”. To have a consistent UI experience the behavior in all screens should be the same. E.g. if “NEW_TAB” should be the standard behavior it must be set manually in all fieldgroups and tables. It would be nice, if an overall default linkScreenOpenType could be configured.
