I am trying my first BPM app following the user manual and a video demo. While deploying it, getting an error as attached.

You’ve missed one highlighted tip in the BPM documentation:
There must be no value selected in the Flow outcome dropdown list for the flow marked as default.
Leave the Flow outcome field empty, and it will work.
