Audit is not functioning

Hi,

I was following the instructions for workshop tutorial and I encountered an issue with the logger for detecting the changes, which in my case is not functioning at all. I redid the instruction several times and checked the setup, everything seems to be ok, but after changing the order, I don’t see changes in the entity log.

What could be the possible cause of this issue?

The issue is solved in an unexpected way, I pressed the question mark between navigation of rows and after pressing that button the list of changes occurred. No idea, what for there was a question mark and why it functions like this.
