Is there any alternative chart library apart from Arm Charts that one can be able to manipulate?

the well-known alternative to AmCharts is Highcharts - link,
All available alternatives you can find here: alternativeto.net.

But to use some alternative you have to create your own implementation of charts widgets. You can find additional information in documentation:
