This is a suggestion, it would be good to be able to change the Tomcat port at new project creation time. Currently the project defaults to 8080, and if the port is being used then there is no way to change the port in the new project without first killing the other application that is using the port. In my case the port is being used by a 3rd party tool that needs admin privileges to kill.
If not this, then another way would be to allow developers to select another default port that all new projects would be built with. This way I could choose something like 12345 and make sure that this port is free whenever creating a new project.
