After Update to Platform 7: Screens open in multiple tabs

Hello,
since updating my App to Platform 7 my screens open multiple times in new tabs, i.e. on every click in the menu I get a new tab. Using Platform 6 the screens opened “in place”. The behavior also changed opening the admin-screens.

I neither want to use dialog mode nor the single tab mode. Is it not possible any more in Platform 7?
What do I have to do to get back to the old behavior?
