Activation error: Subscription is expired or banned

Hi
I just purchased a license. Got the message ‘Activation error: Subscription is expired or banned.’ when I tried to activate it on my desktop. But I can successfully activated it on my laptop. Both use window10 pro and the same network. What could be the problem?

As I see in the screenshot you send us to info@cuba-platform.com, you have invalid date settings on your desktop. The date is in the far future, so Studio resolves your subscription as expired.

Thanks for the replay.The year of date you saw in the screen shot is just in the B.E. format not in A.D. format. I also tried change the format to A.D. and still got the same error.

And did you restart the CUBA Studio after changing the date format?
Because in the event log I still see 28/8/2562

Another question is the date format on your laptop. Is it B.E. or A.D.?

Anyway, thanks for reporting the problem.

We will investigate the issue and try to support not only Gregorian calendar in our subscription subsystem.
