6.7 Bug - Category in Filter

Hi CUBA Team,

Our product heavily uses pre-defined filters for entity browse screens based on the Category of the record. As of the 6.7 upgrade, all of our filters cause the application to crash due to the following error:

“Cannot get unfetched attribute [name] from detached object com.haulmont.cuba.core.entity.Category- [detached].”

You can reproduce this in a sample project by simply creating an entity that inherits from CategorizedEntity, creating a Category for that entity, and then attempting to add Category as a filter on the browse screen. Instant crash.

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for reporting the problem. We have created an issue https://youtrack.cuba-platform.com/issue/PL-10047.
We plan to fix it in the next bugfix release 6.7.

The issue is fixed in the platform version 6.7.3.
