I was unable to join to audio server so i cannot hear a thing today. It is not an option to make a international phone call, it would be cheaper to buy a dvd with the recordings 
Is the recorded webinar will be available to watch later?

I had a sound problem too with web version of the webinar client. Then I switched to the desktop version and the sound was fine.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for reporting the issue. I will contact GoToMeeting support to figure out the reason of sound problems. Video record of webinar was sent a couple of hours ago.
