Until now there are two conclusions (maybe helps):

  1. When I comment some lines (in file.java) Hot Deploy is not triggered (is triggered only if I change an uncomment code).
  2. When I make some modifications in file.xml Hot Deploy doesn’t triggered if I don’t press Editor and Preview button.
